Corporal Mauve, of Co. A, 21 Reg't, took a overdose of morphine on Sunday, with the evidence of suicide, and in spite of the most persistent efforts of the medical department, died from its effects on Tuesday morning. He was buried with the usual honors. Rev . F.B. Hall officiated.
