Weldon Walker Dickerson, 89, of Hiawassee, died Sunday night in Pulaski General Hospital. Son of the late William Jefferson Dickerson and Sarah Ellen (Scott) Dickerson, he is survived by his wife Virginia (Cole) Dickerson. Also surviving are four sons, John W. Dickerson of Dublin, Robert Lee Dickerson and Ralph Daniel Dickerson of Roanoke, and Stephen Michael Dickerson of Hiawassee; four sisters: Mrs. Mattie L. White, Pulaski; Mrs. Irene D. Williams, Max Meadows; Mrs. Grancille Weeks, Christiansburg; Mrs. Alice K. DeHart, Jacksonville Beach, Fla.; and three grandchildren. Arrangements are pending at Strickler's Funeral Home in Pulaski.
