DELHI — Funeral services for Wyatt Blake, 80, of Delhi were to be held at 2 p.m. today in Lamar Baptist Church south of Delhi with the Rev. L. E. Traxler and the Rev. Jack Baucaum officiating.
Burial was to be in Crowville Masonic Cemetery under direction of Kidder-Cox Funeral Home of Delhi.
Mr. Blake died early Sunday morning in Richland Parish Hospital here after a brief illness.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Kate Blake of Delhi; three sons, Coy and Talmadge Blake, both of Delhi, and Montie W. Blake of Bastrop; two daughters, Mrs. Birdie B. Townsend of Alvin, Tex. and Mrs. Daisy Bacon of West Monroe; one brother, Nathan M. Blake of Goldonna; 26 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Grandsons were to serve as pallbearers.
