Ralph worked for Foss Tug of Tacoma, Washington.He was a mate on the tug, "Justine Foss". He was one of 98 civilian construction workers executed by the Japanese on Wake Island in 1943. Ralph and the other workers are supposedly all buried in a mass grave at the cemetery.
