Obit (Standard-Speaker, Hazleton, PA, 6/16/2000): Ellan M. Drumheller, 64, of Box 376-T, West Gate Trailer Park, Hazleton, died Monday at Hazleton General Hospital, following an extended illness. Born in Milton, Dec. 9, 1935, she was the daughter of the late John and LouLou Bennage.
She was employed at the Colony Island, Pottsville, before moving to Hazleton, where she lived for the past 10 years.
While in Hazleton, Mrs. Drumheller was employed at Wendy's Restaurant.
Surviving are her husband,
Donald Drumheller; daughters, Mrs. John (Irene) Thompson, Sunbury; Mrs. William (Virginia) Stock, Mantonda, Pa; sons, Walter Bennage, Mantonda; Kenneth Bennage, Maryland; Daniel Bennage, Sunbury; a sister, Mrs. Adam (Sharon)Bixler, Sunbury; brothers, Robert Bennage, Shamokin; Joseph Bennage, Somerset, PA; Grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held Friday at 10am in the Brandonville Union Cemetery, where the Rev. Carol Vinson Lawfer will preside.
The Kraft and Hughes Funeral Home Inc., Hazleton, is in charge of the arrangements.
