Mrs. French was a native of Northport, Alabama and a member of First E & R Church in Asheboro. She was retired from Goodyear in Asheboro and was preceded in death by husbands, Robert D. Lamb, Jr. and William P. French.
She is survived by sons: Robert D. Lamb, III and wife, Deborah Lynn of Randleman, NC; Terry Lamb and wife, Diane, of Thomasville, NC; L. Alan Lamb and wife, Aggie, of Randleman, NC; 6 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; one sister: Doris Elmore of Northport, AL; and one brother: Dick Laycock of Tuscaloosa, Al.
The family will receive friends Friday, December 31, 2004 from 6 - 8 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral will be Saturday, January 1, 2005 at 11:00 AM at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, Randleman with Rev. Terry Routh officiating. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro.
