Jerry Wayne Jewell, 58, of Oxford, died Tuesday, June 2, 2009, at Seton Specialty Hospital, Lafayette.
He was born in Rensselaer, Indiana to the late Maurice and Hazel Tobias Jewell. On June 2, 1973, he married Bonnie Ervin in West Lafayette, and she survives.
Also surviving are his children, Kyle Jewell at home and Sarah Jewell of Fowler; a brother, Jim Jewell of Brookston and 2 grandchildren, Natalie and Abbygail, both of Fowler.
He was an electrician at Purdue University for 21 years.
