Mrs. Frances Behring, 60, widow of Albert Behring, route 2, Sheboygan, died today at St. Nicholas hospital after an illness of three months.
Born April 6, 1889, in the town of Wilson, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Drexler, she attended the township schools and moved to the town of Sheboygan with her parents in 1900.
Her marriage to Albert Behring was solemnized by Rt. Rev. Msgr. Dominic Thill at Holy Name church on Nov. 24, 1906. Since then the couple made their home on the Upper Falls road at Kohler.
Mrs. Behring was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic church, Kohler, and was affiliated with St. Ann's Altar society of the parish.
Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Harold (Helen) Federer, Kohler; two sons, Alfred of Kohler and Arthur of Milwaukee; seven grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Edward Katte of Sheboygan, and two brothers, Albert Drexler of Kohler and Charles Drexler of Fredonia.
Her husband died in 1941 and a son also preceded her in death in 1927.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Tues. at Ballhorn Funeral chapels and at 9:30 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist church. Rev. John Risch, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be on the family lot in Calvary cemetery, Sheboygan. The body will lie in state from Sun. evening until the time of the services.

Among the floral pieces which banked the casket while the body lay in state were tributes from the Kohler Public school and the faculty and staff of the Kohler school.
