Mrs. Pearl Berryman, 77, of Bolivar, died the morning of October 29, 1992 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital following a lengthy illness.

The widow of Leon V. Berryman, who died in 1980, she was a homemaker.

A native of McNairy County, she was born on June 3, 1915, to the late James Cornelius and Lula Doles Richardson and had lived most all of her life in the Pocahontas and Bolivar areas. Mrs. Berryman was a member of Pocahontas Church of Christ.

Services were 10 a.m. October 31, 1992 at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel in Bolivar with Sam Howell officiating. Burial was in Essary Springs Cemetery near Pocahontas.

Mrs Berryman is survived by one daughter, Joyce Tucker of Atlanta, Georgia; two sons Larry Berryman of Memphis and Wayne Berryman of Bolivar; one sister, Morie Kimbrell of Pocahontas; one brother, Howard Richardson of Memphis; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

The family requests that memorials be sent to ProCare Hospice Services, P. O. Box 276, Bolivar, Tennessee 38008.
