No monument, flowers mark the spot, the first photo shows the flowers as blue and white, which I have added July 2016. The and the second red flowers took earlier. On the line of trees at the top of the photo behind them is Glenstone Ave. A major thru street in Springfield. I hope with the better photo that it allows someone to find his grave space lot 844 grave 26. There is a stone next to his, it is for Calvin Bates, but it is flat and cannot be seen.

Missouri death certificate # 20337 has many causes, they include myocarditus, chronic, syphilis, clinically and own statement, blood test not taken, arteriosclorosis, senility. male white married wife listed as Bertha Engleman. Farmer, on farm. Died at Greene County Farm after 2 weeks stay. Alma Lohmeyer Funeral Home. Parents listed unknown. Informant Social Security Office. Interred in Hazelwood Cemetery June 5, 1945.

* Note same page there is Edward Engleman, and E H Engleman, probably same person, 9 entries, remarks being J W Engleman, J W Myer, and Mrs. T K Bowman. May help someone know about this fellow.

I found this fellow and the month, year, place match for him. Do not use this as a given research for him as I do not know for sure.
