Oneida Anderson, 84 of Mechanicsburg, passed away, Saturday, June 6, 2009 in the Wellington Nursing Home Urbana.
She was born June 6, 1925 in Paintsville, KY the daughter of the late Cleve & Nora (Castle) Puckett.
Oneida is survived by her sons, Gary L. (Ruth) McKenzie of North Hampton & Rodney M. McKenzie of Mechanicsburg, her brother, James (Betty) Puckett of Hager Hill, KY, her sister-in-law, Margaret Ann Glassburn of Mechanicsburg, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins & good friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, James McKenzie and Richard Anderson and an infant son.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 11, 2009 in the SKILLMAN, MCDONALD & VERNON Funeral Home Mechanicsburg with the Pastor Dee Claycraft officiating. The family will receive friends from 11-1 in the funeral home. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery Mechanicsburg.
