Fred Bramhall, son of Frank Bramhall, of Mt. Auburn, was killed near Wellsburg Wednesday night while acting as brakeman on a Rock Island freight train. It was impossible to get the particulars for this issue. The most we could learn was that he was squeezed between two freight cars and lived but fifteen minutes. Fred was a member of Co. G and his father was a soldier of the civil war. The body was brought to the home at Mt. Auburn.
