Juanita Gavens Maynard-A native of Lafayette, AL and a resident of Prattville, AL died Saturday, October 18, 2008 at a Prattville Health Care Facility. She is survived by two sons, John Maynard (Barbara) of Alexander City, AL and Gavens Maynard (Charlotte) of Grove Hill, AL and one daughter, Dawn Maynard Willis of Prattville, AL; five grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2008 at Noon from the chapel of Serenity Funeral Home with interment in Serenity Memorial Gardens.
