William L. McLaughlin, 81, of Baldwinsville for over 50 years, passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2009. He worked for General Electric for over 30 years. He was predeceased by his wife, Beatrice A., in 1995 and a brother, Jack. He was a Navy veteran, serving during WWII and the Korean War. Surviving: a daughter, Deborah (Damon) Duger of Baldwinsville; a son, Kevin (Donna) of Baldwinsville; a grandson, Brandon Duger; several nieces and nephews. Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 16, 2009, at Gates Funeral Home, Inc. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, 29 W. Genesee Street, Baldwinsville.
