Rudolph was born Aug. 10, 1920, in Tony to the late Charles and Clare (Mechelke) Hraban.
He married Harriet Froelch on June 15, 1946. She preceded him in death April 4, 1996.
Rudolph served in the US Army during WWII serving in both European and Pacific Theater and the Battle of the Bulge. He then lived in Illinois and was employed by Sears & Roebuck. In 1946, he moved to Antigo and owned and operated a dairy farm. He enjoyed being outdoors and fishing and hunting.
He was a member of the Leland-Tollefson VFW Post 2653 in Antigo.
Rudolph is survived by his sisters Pearl Wolfred of Ohio and Phyllis (Warren) Paul of Oak Creek and Donna Lincoln of Waukesha; his brothers Walter (Joyce) Hraban and Charles Hraban both of Ladysmith; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents and wife, Rudolph was preceded in death by his sisters Lucille Kienest, Mildred Potts, and Frances Calloway; his brother Richard Hraban; and an infant brother Roger.
Visitation was at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 25, followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. at the Strasser-Roller Funeral Home in Antigo with Rev. Charles Strong officiating.
Military honors immediately followed the service. Burial will be in the Elmwood Cemetery at a later date.
