Thomas Yeatman, died on board a steamboat during his passage from Nashville to Louisville, on June 12, 1833 in the 45th year of his age.

He sustained the tryng conflict with Christian magnanimity and with pius resignation to the Divine will, breathed his last sigh on the bosom of his afflicted wife, and is it then to live when such friends part. Tis the suvivor dies. A citizen of Nashville, Tennessee. He was the poor man's friend.
