Walter Marron, 79, died Fri., Feb. 25, 1994. He was born Sept. 15, 1914, Hugo, Ok, to A. Alonzo Adair and Nancy Bell Gann. He is survived by brother, Eugene C. Adair, Richland, Wash; and son, Jackie Walter Adair and wife, Enide, OKC; daughter, Lois J. Mathews, Sayre, Ok; grandchildren, Michael L. Mathews, Tamala Sue Mathews, and Jeffrey Walter Adair; great grandchild, Megan M. Mathews; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death are his parents, sister, Suzanna Turner and half-brother, Jess Gibbins. Walter Adair was a 32nd degree Mason, Sulphur Lodge, a member of American Legion Post 13, OKC, where he served as Commander, Head of the Finance Committee, and Dance Chairman. His family and devoted friends will miss him. Services will be 2:00 p .m. Monday, Feb. 28, held at Bill Merritt South Chapel, interment at Arlington Memorial Cemetery.
