Ken, age 89, passed away at Taylor House Hospice in Des Moines. He was the son of George C. and Mayme E. (Hoffman) Cranston. He married Betty J. Parrott. He worked for Herman M. Brown for 47 years. He is survived by his children, R. Keith and Rosalyn K., his sister, Betty Derry, three grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, his siblings, Aletha F. Cranston, Ben C. Cranston, George C. Cranston, Perle E. Cranston, Gertrude C. Frohwein, Leona C. Knight, Rhoda Welton, and Addie M. Barnholdt, and his step-brothers, Earl G. Cranston, Jesse F. Cranston, and Archibald M. Cranston. Graveside services were held at Atlantic Cemetery.
