The marriage of Miss Margaret Towne of Grand Island to Taylor Withrow of Lincoln took place at 10:30 o'clock Thursday at the Episcopal Church at Grand Island, the Rev. F. A. Arthur performing the ceremony .
The bride entered and was given in marriage by her mother, Mrs. Josephine Towne. Miss Neva Dahlstrom of Grand Island wearing a suit of dark blue, was the only attendant. Tod Lonam of Lincoln acted as best man. Miss Towne wore a suit of navy blue tricotine and a corsage bouquet of bride's roses.
Mrs. F.E. Slusser, sister of the bride, entertained the bridal party and guests, at a breakfast at her home.
After a short wedding trip Mr. and Mrs. Withrow will make their home at Belgrade where Mr. Withrow is connected with a bank with his father. J. H. Withrow.
Mrs. Withrow attended the University of Nebraska this year and was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta.
Mr. Withrow, formerly of this city, and attended the state university and was a member of Beta Theta PI.
Lincoln guests attending the wedding were Miss Latta Watson, Miss Martan Woods, Miss Dorothy Wetheheld., Miss Martha Garreti, Miss Clara Curry and Miss Helen Daniels. .

Margaret Withrow
Margaret Withrow, 91, of the Nebraska Veterans Home, died Sunday, July 16, at the home.
Graveside services will be held at the Grand Island City Cemetery at a later date. The Rev. James Massie will officiate.
Livingston-Sondermann Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Withrow was born June 1, 1898, in Grand Island. She received her education in Grand Island, graduating in 1917 from Grand Island Senior High School. She attended the University of Nebraska for two years.
On April 8, 1920, she married Taylor Withrow in Grand Island. She worked as a secretary at Northwestern Bell Telephone Company. Her husband died Dec. 20, 1963. For the past nine years she has been a resident of the Nebraska Veterans home.
She was a member of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church.
She is survived by one son, Neil Withrow of Lincoln; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, one son, Jess, one sister, Gusie and one brother, Willie.{Fred}
