Mr. Todd was a U.S. Army World War II Veteran having served in Germany and France and was a recipient of four Purple Hearts and the Bronze Star and later served in the National Guard. He was a member of Bethesda Presbyterian Church and former Director of The Coastal Plains Commission.
Was pre-deceased by an infant son, Lee Murchison Todd and a brother, Roderick M. Todd.
