She was born in Orma, the daughter of the late Charles G. and Evelyn G. Siers Bailey.

Surviving are one daughter, Kimberly Wilson of Parkersburg; three grandchildren; two sisters, Karen Lutz of Beaver Falls, Pa., and Mary Cooper of Washington; two brothers, David Bailey of Ellwood City, Pa., and Chesley "Buck" Bailey of Parkersburg; best friend, Sally Snyder of Parkersburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one son, Cecil Dale Bailey; five brothers, Bernis, Dan, Charles, Roger and Jack Bailey; and three sisters, Irene and Iva Jean Bailey and Wilma "Faye" Vannoy.
Services were held at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, South Parkersburg, with Pastor Jack Brown officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery, near Chloe.
