Frederick J. Bell, 42, of 2835 Delta Ave., died Sunday at home. He was born in Montreal, Canada, and came here in 1949. He was a member of St. Lucy's Catholic parish and the Holy Name Society. He belonged to the Kiwanis club and Long Beach Council 987, Knights of Columbus. Surviving are his wife, Doris Irene; a daughter, Patricia, a stepson, Gary Russell of Long Beach; two sisters. Misses Phyllis and Marion Bell of Long Beach. Rosary will be recited at 8:15 p.m. today in Sheelar-McFadyen Chapel. Mass of Requiem will be offered Thursday at 9 a.m. in St. Matthew's Church. Interment will be in All Souls Cemetery.
