Alice B. "Bonnie" Johns Rice, 82, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2009, at Holmes County Long Term Care Facility in Durant, MS.
A private funeral service was held Monday, June 15, 2009, and interment in Natchez Trace Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Rice was a Madison resident for many years and worked for the family's communication business in Madison.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Sam Rice; her son, Sam Rice, Jr.; and her brother, Carey Johns.
Survivors include her children, Bonnie Sue Young and James L. Rice; and one grandchild.
