BURLINGTON - Romayne A. Eisenbart, 81, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2009, at Mount Carmel Medical and Rehabilitation Center. She was born July 30, 1927, in Waterford, to the late James and Mary (nee: Naber) Mehring. She spent her early life and received her education in Waterford. On September 28, 1946, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Waterford, Romayne was united in marriage to LeRoy Leo Eisenbart. They had been residents of Burlington since 1948. LeRoy preceded her in death on March 27, 2008. Romayne worked as a Specification Tech for Northern Engineering / Midland Ross and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. She enjoyed reading, embroidery, traveling, casino bus trips, card clubs, and coffee clutches. Romayne had overcome adversity as a Polio victim in her late 20's. She enjoyed watching her children and grandchildrens' growths and accomplishments. Survivors include her children, Patricia (David) Dake of Medford, Mary Lee (Ronald) Yambor of Burlington, and Marge (Robert) Oehlke of Waterford; grandchildren, Christine (Marty) Patachoni, Barbara Ann (Tyrone) Burmeister, Kimberly (Stephen) Doud, Scott (Tammy) Yambor, Lura Lee (Ross) Dessart, Michelle (Bernard) Petersen, Ryan Hinz, Roger Lee (Anna) Treece, Kevin (Jamie) Hinz, and William Treece; and by step- grandchildren, Lisa Dake and Jodi (Mark) Saltzmann. She is further survived by great-grand- children, Jesse, Dustin, Ashley, Casey, Madeline, Kelsey, Sean, Amber, Dustin, Cody, Bella, and Chloe; a great-great- granddaughter, Bailey; a brother, James (Eileen) Mehring; a special cousin, Anna Marie Baumeister; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Romayne was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a sister, Lucille (Walter) Gramza; and by in-laws, Herb (Mildred) Eisenbart, Casper (Mary) Eisenbart, Norbert Eisenbart, Cyrilla (Walter) Pontel, Genevieve Seitz, and Marcella (Charles) Barta. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2009, at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Rev. Ron Gramza officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with the family at Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home on Friday, June 19, 2009, from 5 until 7:30 p.m. Memorials to Mount Carmel for Catholic Services have been suggested.
