Infant Is Buried At Reliance Sunday
Son of Mr. and Mrs Richard Slaughter Dies
The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Slaughter was buried in Reliance cemetery Sunday at 2pm with Rev Charles E. Bullock of Normangee conducting the services.
John Thomas Slaughter was seven months, 21 days of age. He died of a heart attack following an illness through ou his entire life.
He is survived by his parents Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Slaughter and one sister, Mary Ann former residents of Bryan who now live in Houston; and his grandparents Mr. and Mrs. P. T. Barnett of New Baden.
Pallbearers were first cousins of the deceased: Willis Hicks, Wayne Wilkins, Charles Saxon and C. B. McLain.
Mr. Slaughter is the brother of Mrs. W.W. Hicks and Mrs. C. W. Saxon of Bryan.
