Graveside services were held 2:00PM Saturday, February 01, 2003 in Parkhill Cemetery with the Reverend Bill Mayhew officating, according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Macon Road.
Mr. Draper was born November 7, 1967 in Ft. Benning, GA the son of Ruby Draper Phillips and the late Captain (Ret) Robert A. Draper, the youngest of eight children. He had lived in Roanoke, VA for the past eleven years and had only recently returned to Columbus, GA. He was preceded in death by his sister, Janet Kay Draper, and a brother, Rick Alfred Draper.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Ruby Draper Phillips and DC Phillips; three brothers, Robert E. Draper of Phenix City, AL, Rex Allen Draper of Columbus, GA, and Ron A Draper of Blooming Dale, GA; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Patricia L. Draper and Terry Davis of Austell, GA, and Carolyn Sue and Harry Benning of Kansas; three nephews, David Draper and Ricky Draper of Columbus, GA, Josh Benning of Kansas; one niece, Tabitha Draper of Austell, GA; and one great nephew, Taylor J. Foskey of Austell, GA.
