FAGG, LEE RAWLAND (RAWLA) of 2012 East Capital Avenue, Springfield, Illinois, died at 7:45 a.m. Wednesday, March 2, 1938 at St. John's Hospital, Springfield, age 56 years. He is survived by his wife, Lillie; six sons, Loren, Henry, Elwood, Floyd, Robert, and Rawland, all of Springfield; two daughters, Mrs. Eunice Mataya, and Miss Rosemary Fagg, both of Springfield; mother, Mrs. Ida Fagg, of Seeleyville, Indiana; two brothers, Earl and Otto, both of Seeleyville, Indiana; one sister, Mrs. Verdi Smith of Indianapolis, Indiana; ten grandchildren; number of nieces and nephews. Services at Bisch Funeral Home, Springfield, then to residence at 3 p.m. where funeral will be held from 2:00 p.m. Friday then at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Fifth Presbyterian Church with the Rev. R.S. Kieser officiating. Burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery.

Married at Bloomington, June 15, 1908, Justice F. W. Hendrix officiating, Rawland Fagg of Springfield, and Miss Lillie Greenwalt, formerly of Girard. Although the marriage took place almost a month ago, the announcement has just been made, and it comes as a great surprise to friends in this city (Springfield). Mr. Fagg is a miner and has made his residence in this city for the past eight years. He is also a member of the Capital City Band. The bride has made her residence in this city the last 6 months. The couple will reside in Springfield.
