Although every effort was made to relieve the little sufferer, the dread disease would not be banished. Heartfelt sympathies are extended to the bereaved parents.

Soldier Squibs. Monday, March 16th, 1885. A short time ago we recorded the death of J. C. Suter's oldest boy of diphtheria. Since then Mr. Suter has buried two more children, boy and girl, and has one little girl very low with the same dread disease.

Soldier Squibs. Mr. Suter's little child, whom we mentioned last week, died last Thursday. This leaves one little babe out of a family of five children.
