TUCSON, Ariz. — Eva Margaret (Womack) Isaacs Brizendine died March 25, 2009, in Tucson, Ariz.
She was born April 12, 1923, in Duluth, Minn., to William "Bill" Womack and Katie Hendricks Womack. She was married to Elisha "Bud" Isaacs from 1940 to 1947. She married Loren W. Brizendine on June 29, 1960, in Anderson, where they lived until they retired to Okeechobee, Fla., in 1987.
Mrs. Brizendine was preceded in death by her husband of more than 40 years, Loren W. Brizendine; a son and daughter-in-law, Gary Kent Isaacs and Joan Taylor Isaacs; and sisters Ida Grace Propps and Martha Louise Hudson.
A remembrance get-together for Eva, Gary and Joan is being held in the Presidential Room at Jonathan Byrd's Restaurant in Greenwood at 5 p.m. Sunday. Family and friends are welcome to attend.
