CASHMERE - Byron Dean Allison, 35, a resident of the Wenatchee Valley for the past 10 years, died Wednesday, Dec. 6, 1995, in Central Washington Hospital following a brief illness.
He was born March 30, 1960, to Ernest and Elizabeth (Bodine) Allison at Kansas City, Kan., and grew up and attended school at Basehor, Kan. He graduated from Basehor High School in 1978, then attended Kansas State University for two years. He graduated from the University of Montana in 1983 with a degree in forestry and soil management. He moved to Montana, where he worked on a cattle ranch. Mr. Allison moved to the Mansfield area in 1985, where he worked on wheat ranches. He later moved to the Wenatchee area and was a supervisor at Tree Top Inc. at Wenatchee.
He married Michelle Strutzel on May 19, 1990, at Cashmere, where they made their home.
Mr. Allison started his own business, Allison's Woodworking in 1993, building cabinets, and doing remodeling and construction work.
He was a member of the East Wenatchee Valley View Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; a son, Jordan Dale, of the home; a daughter, Stacy Suzette Allison, of the home; his mother, of Basehor, Kan.; and three sisters, Pam Estes of Overland Park, Kan., Paula Beard of Blue Springs, Mo., and Patricia Snyder of Bettendorf, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his father.
