Survived by parents, Otis and Ella Allen, Baton Rouge; two sisters, Cathy Allen and Sandra Faye Brown, both of Baton Rouge; a brother, Otis Dee Allen Jr., Baton Rouge; and a niece, Nicole Michelle Allen, Baton Rouge.
