"Hold Funeral Services for Cora Hodgkins"
Funeral services were held Friday from the Prairie View church for Cora Hodgkins, 68, who died suddenly Wednesday afternoon at Condell-Memorial hospital of a heart attack. Burial was in Diamond Lake cemetery. She was a daughter of Mortimer and Louisa Hodgkins, pioneer residents of Ela township, having settled there in 1844. A sister, Mrs. Mattie Lockhead, a brother-in-law, Wallace Lockhead and several cousins survive. Her residence was in Prairie View.
