> Mrs. Ruth Bradford, 80, Rural Moran, died unexpectedly Tuesday evening at her home.
>
> She was born Oct. 8, 1891, in Allen County Kansas the daughter of William and Philena Percy Winder.
>
> On Aug. 7, 1911, she married Ed Bradford at Iola. She was a life long resident of Allen County having lived on a farm north of Moran all her married life. She and her husband celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in August of this year.
>
> Mrs. Bradford was a member of the Mildred Methodist Church and the Willing Workers Club.
>
> Surviving are the husband of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Beulah Stuteville, Bakersfield, Calif.; three sons, Charles Bradford, Lakewood, Calif., Richard Bradford, Humboldt, and Wayne Bradford, Moran; two sisters, Mrs. Etta Brinkmeyer, Chanute, and Mrs. Delmar Lorrance, Humboldt; three brothers, Homar, George and Roy Winder, Chanute; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

> Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Mildred Methodist Church with Rev. Ira Wiley officiating. Interment will be in Elsmore Cemetery under the direction of Ralston-Hutton Funeral Home, Moran.
