MR. M.R. TAYLOR DIED LAST MONDAY MORNING
After being confined to his home in this city the greater part of the past three years, Mr. M.R. Taylor died last Monday morning. He reached the fine age of 76 years last October. He was born in this vicinity and spent his entire life here. He served in the Confederate Army and has long been a prominent figure in his native county.Funeral services were conducted at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon from the home by Elder O.A. Moore. A large company of relatives and friends were in attendance. The interment was in the city cemetery. The deceased leaves a wife and six grown children.
