DEATH OF MRS. MARGARET H. BLOUNT

Mrs. Margaret H. Blont died at her residence in Waynesboro Thursday morning in her 73rd year after an illness of several days with fever.

Mrs. Blount was a native of Burke county and for the last 35 years a citizen of Waynesboro, she was a member of the Methodist church for many years, and her pastor, Rev. J. A. Harman, conducted the funeral service at her home on Peace street Friday morning ar 9 o'clock. The pallbearers were selected from among her nephews.

Mrs. Blount was a most charming Christian woman, kind and considerate for every one, and was beloved by all her knew her.

Her remains were interred in Magnolia cemetery beside her husband, Mr. Edwin F. Blount, who preceded her to the grave several years ago.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Annie Ponder, Mrs. Eva Kilpatrick, three sons, Messrs. John A Blount, Stephen W. Blount and by several great grand-children.

The bereaved family have the fullest sympathy of many relatives and friends in their grief.
