Abstract--Lewis Clark keener, 82, of Grafton, and formerly of Corinth, died Dec. 22, 1996, following a brief illness. He was born Aug. 9, 1914, at Lumberport, s/o the late Lewis Lee and Myrtle Alice Dodd Keener. He was married twice and was preceded in death by his first wife, Ruth Lindsey Keener, and his second wife, Grace Gotfelty Keener. He was a retired coal miner. Survivors include his son, Franklin "Donnie" Keener of Winchester, Va.; three daughters and sons-in-law, Naomi and Carl Bartlett and Dot and Donald Jones, all of Lumberport, and Barbara and Butch DeWitt of Tunnelton; two brothers, John Keener of Shinnston and Tom Keener of Cleveland, Ohio. In addition to his parents and wives, he was preceded in death by two granchildren, five brothers and two sisters. Burial was in the Lions Cemetery in Lumberport.
