Much of the ancestry known, relating to her mother's family, was preserved by Evelyn's sister, Martha Parker Minter, who lived in Philadelphia her all of her life. She was a noteworthy business woman. Their great grandfather John Cox (1795-1874) is a link to some of their known ancestry.
