Services for Doris E. Barr, of Worden, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Staunton, with the Rev. Richard Feyen officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery, Sorento. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in Williamson Funeral Home, Worden. The family suggests memorials be directed to St. Paul's United Church of Christ. Mrs. Barr died at 5:15 p.m. Saturday, January 30, 1999, in Rosewood Care Center, Edwardsville. She was 71 years old on April 21. She was a bus driver in the Worden school district, member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ of Staunton and the Order of the Eastern Star in Sorento. She was born in Old Ripley, a daughter of Earl J. and Lillian G. Enloe Dauderman. She married Charles E. Barr on June 30, 1946, in Greenville. He died November 1, 1989. Surviving are daughters, Malia Noel and husband Lee of Glen Carbon, Darlene Barr of Wilmington; a brother, Charles Dauderman and wife Susie of Rockford; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Others surviving include a friend, Herman Schuette of Staunton. A son, Earl Barr, preceded her in death.
