---Ethel Edna Naylor, age 88, of LaPlata, Missouri, passed away on Friday morning (December 27, 1996) at the LaPlata Nursing Home, LaPlata, Missouri.
---Born on November 11, 1908, in Atlanta, Missouri, she was the daughter of Lawrence and Anna (Farr) Albright. In July, 1924, in Macon, Missouri, she married Clyde Naylor, who preceded her in death on November 24, 1994.
---Also preceding her in death were her parents, one son, Darrel Naylor in 1951; two sons in infancy; one brother Olin Albright; one sister, Estal Bunch; one grandson; and one sister-in law, Charlotte Albright.
---Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Vernon and Winnie Naylor of Raytown, Missouri; one brother, Gail Albright of Columbia, Missouri; two sisters, Zelma Stinebaker of Moberly, Missouri and Fern Countant of St. Louis, Missouri; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
---Mrs. Naylor lived all of her life in Macon County, Missouri and received her education at the Atlanta School in Atlanta, Missouri. She was a housewife and a member of the First Baptist Church of LaPlata, Missouri and the Modern Woodmen of America.
---Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday (January 1, 1997) in the Travis Funeral Chapel, LaPlata, Missouri, with the Reverend James Morgan officiating. Organ music will be provided by Shirley Matticks. Musical selections will be "One Day At a Time" and "Beyond The Sunset."
---Burial will be in the LaPlata Cemetery, LaPlata, Missouri. Pallbearers will be Bill Thompson, Everett Ruby, Jr., Sheryl Smithson, Gary Clarkson, David Eitel and Dale Wolf.
