Timothy Donald Mills, age 37, died at his home, southwest of Nichols after a 4 month battle with cancer.
Tim was born December 28, 1956 at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, Iowa to Donald Virgil and Marie (Rathjen) Mills. He married Lorrie Kay Rogers on June 21, 1983 in Muscatine, Iowa. Tim was an avid fisherman and hunter. He loved to spend time with his friends and family.
Survivors include his wife; son, Cody and daughter, Molly, both at home; four sisters, Ramona (Tom) Holcomb of Nichols, Judith Bender of Kalona, Nancy (Alan) Burr of Lone Tree, and Christine Mills of Columbia, Missouri; and two brothers, Virgil of Iowa City and Michael of Nichols.
Tim was preceded in death by his father.
