When Louis Leonard Lingren was born on March 13, 1890, in Denver, Colorado, his father, Albert, was 39 and his mother, Mary, was 24. He married Martha Jane Pearl Chaney in 1910 in Portland,Oregon. He had four children by the time he was 27. Would travel to Los Angeles area during the 1920-30 to work seasonally with his Father and brother in the plastering business. Moved permanently to the Medford, Oregon area in early 1930's and lived his life there, working in Gold Hill at the Portland Cement plant. He died on August 26, 1978, in Medford, Oregon, at the age of 88, and was buried in Antioch Cemetery.
