Cecil met his future wife, Beth King, at the ARMO Baptist Academy in Carroll Co, Arkansas. The King family had come to ARMO to run the school. Cecil married Beth on Sept. 30, 1930 in Atlanta, Georgia. He and Beth moved to Oklahoma, where he was studying pharmacy. It was in OK where their son, Cecil Spencer Ray Duncan was born. Cecil got appendicitis and passed away in OK and was interred in Blue Eye.
