FORMER BOONE GROVE MAN IS DEATH VICTIM
Alex Williamson, age 54 years, a former resident of Boone Grove, died Wednesday morning at his home, 4730 Cameron avenue, Hammond, following a short illness.
For thirty years he was employed as a street car motorman between Hammond and Chicago.
Surviving are the widow, Mabel; three sons, Orville, Roy and James, and two sisters, Mrs. Fannie Koomler of Rochester, Ind., and Mrs. Olive Hoffmeister, of Gary.
Short services will be held this evening in the Oexmann funeral home in Hammond. The body will be taken to Hebron for final services to be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock, standard time, in the Christian church there. Burial will be in Cornell cemetery, near Boone Grove.
