ODESSA -- Georg E Beeson, 64, of Odessa died Thursday, June 24, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital.
He was born May 8, 1935, in Wichita Falls, Texas. He married Colleen Hannon on June 10, 1935, in Belton.
Services will be 2 pm on Saturday @ Hubbard-Kelly Chapel with the Rev. Bill Heggemeirer officiating. Burial will beat Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Beeson managed the Shrimp Boat Restaurant and Jay's Barn Door for several yeas. He co-owned Air-Way Sheet Metal Co. until 1978 and later was salesman for Permian Tractor Sales for 6 years. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Colleen Beeson of Odessa; daughter, Melinda Lively and husband, Steve, of Granbury; and two grandchildren, Matt and Sam Lively.
The family suggests memorials go to First United Methodist Church at 415 N. Lee, Odessa, TX 79761 or to West Texas Cancer Center, 600 N. Grant, Odessa, TX 79761.
