Maurice Ennis
Maurice Ennis, 89, 240 S. Jefferson St., died Wednesday. Feb. 17, 1988. at Morgan County Memorial Hospital.
The son of C. Henry and Lillie B. Ennis, he was born Dec. 16. 1898, in Morgan County. He married Frances Harvey, and she preceded him In death.
He was a retired firemen for the Martinsville Fire Department, a member of the First Christian Church, and Masonic Lodge 74 (68-year member). He received the Award of Gold on Judy 11. 1970. was Past Master and served as Worshipful Master in 1925. was treasurer of the lodge from 1945-1954. and trustee from 1964-66.
Survivors Include three nieces.
Dr. .Larry Kuntz will officiate at his 2 P.M. Sunday funeral at Cure & Hensley-Costin Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 P.M. Saturday. A Masonic service will be at 7:30 P.M. Saturday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Christian Church.
