Guy Rex Dorwin, 51, died at 10:35 o'clock Tuesday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Haberstroh, 4102 South Webster Street, following a week's illness.
Born at Decatur, he came here 18 years ago to take employment in the maintenance department of the General Electric works.
He was a member of the B. P. O. Elks at Decatur.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. J. E. Church of Los Angeles, Cal., and Mrs. Thomas Dent of this city. The body was removed to Klaehn & Sons Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Friday morning at 10 o'clock at Klaehn & Sons Chapel. Rev. B. E. Reemsnyder officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery at Decatur.
