Minnie Rosetta Hildum Beal of Bedford, IN, died Friday, November 24, 2006, at the Hospitality House in Bedford. Born on April 1, 1915, in Peerless Quarry, IN, she was the daughter of Leonard A. and Cora Ann (Strange) Hildum. She married Elmer Kenneth Beal on July 29, 1931, and he preceded her in death on December 13, 1968.

Surviving are two daughter: Valetta Brown of Bedford, IN, and Judith Beal of Avoca, IN; three sons: Loren Beal of Nevada, Jack Beal and wife, Carolyn, of Bloomington, IN, and Tug Beal and wife, Shirley, of East Oolitic, IN; eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters: Pearl Manzenberger, Hazel Duncan, Bertha Hudson and Kate Beasley; three brothers: Claude, Austin and Homer Hildum; and one great-granddaughter, Paige Dianne Beal.

She was a former employee of M. Fine and Sons, Sarkes Tarzian. She retired after seventeen years of service at RCA in Bloomington, IN. She was a member of the Peerless Trinity Pentecost Church.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 29, 2006, in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary in Bedford, IN, with Reverend Millard Jones and Pastor Alan Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in the Mount Pleasant Christian Church Cemetery.
