Nettie Marie Anderson Wood was the daughter of William Champion Anderson and Ollie Sephronia Tomlin. Wife of Doyle B. Wood, Mother of Helena Wood Pietro and grandmother of Michael Doyle and Kathy Pietro. She was a gentle loving wife, mother, sister and aunt. In her home you were always made to feel welcome and you never went away hungry. She always had a huge garden and loved to can and preserve everything she could from it. She made the best pickled jalapeno pickles ever. You never walked through her front door without a huge hug and always knew you were welcome to return. (I am lucky enough to have her recipe for those peppers)
