WILLIAM F. COOK

OREGON CITY, Jan. 21. - (Special) - William F. Cook, 56, died today at the family home on East Jennings avenue, Jennings Lodge.

Mr. Cook was born in Lawrenceville, Ind., February 11, 1874, and was married in Cincinnati, O., February 12, 1901, to Miss Agnes O'Callaghan.

Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Agnes Cook; one daughter, Mrs. Ruth Agnes Lowit of Portland, and two sons, Leo F. and William J. Cook, both of Jennings Lodge.

Final rites will be conducted Thursday morning from St. John's Catholic church in Oregon City. Burial will be in Mount Calvary cemetery in Portland.
