Born in Coventry, a daughter of the late William and Mary (Davis) Harney, she had lived in Westerly for many years.
She was a member of the Downey Weaver American Legion Auxiliary in Charlestown.
She leaves a son, Floyd Robar and a daughter-in-law Gladys Robar, both of Wood River Junction; two sisters, Mildred Mosera of Bradford and Ella Palmer of Rockville; a brother, Thomas Harney of South Kingstown, seven
grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
The funeral was held in October 7th at the Avery Funeral Home, Main Street, Hope Valley. Burial was in White Brook Cemetery in Carolina.
